Easy Process & Friendly Employees
Bought my shed in June of 2020 and converted it into an office. The entire process was easy from design to ordering and delivery. The fact that the staff is friendly was a bonus for sure. When I purchased the shed I was in a rental house so I ended up having to call them back out to move the shed when I bought my home. Again, easy process and friendly employees. Also, I didn’t have a single crack or anything in the finish out from the move. Not sure if that is because the contractor did great or they were just that careful while moving it, either way, I was very pleased. I also did the pay monthly option with no early payment penalty. I am also very pleased with that end of everything. I had a card I had to cancel and get reissued that happen to be my autopay card for this. I had forgotten to call and change the card. When my payment didn’t process they gave me a call and helped me get everything updated. I have appreciated working with Ulrich Barns and Backyard Leasing from step one.

Very Affordable!
Ordered a 12×26 shed they told me it would be here in 3 weeks, sure enough, showed up in 3 weeks. The delivery guy was super nice and professional set it up just where we wanted it. Did a rent-to-own very affordable and easy to do.

Great company to deal with
Times get tough from time to time but your bills don’t care they keep coming. Backyard leasing worked with me thru these tough times. They always answered phone and was happy to help. Chrissy and Maria went above and beyond to make the transition from rent-to-own to purchasing my cabin as easy and pleasant as possible! They were so very kind and personable, and ultimately spared me a lot of time and expense by being so flexible and considerate as I worked things out on my end. Great Company!
I saw there sheds on Facebook first… I was skeptical at first but after filling out some information they contacted me and talk to me about their sheds. We decided to give them a try what did we have to lose. Their customer service was fabulous so we ordered the second shed because of my mother-in-law moving to Texas…after she moved out we called Ulrich barns and they took it back no questions asked and we owed nothing on the second shed. They made it easy for us to purchase this sheds. If we needed to make a payment late they worked with us. We just paid off our 10×16 early with no penalties. What a great company to work with us! I would recommend them to all my family and friends and the quality of the shed is outstanding. Thank you Ulrich and Backyard Leasing for an amazing experience! We are happy customers.

Maria at their customer service always helped me!! She was always friendly, caring, and helpful!! Especially when I was in the hospital and hit some hard times. Calling to speak to a real person & not just voicemail really helps when you need to explain situations beyond your control & the payment options over the phone or the webpage or with the office makes it easier! The bldg is good quality!!!
